My name is Ashwin Khan. I am a 26-year-old first-year Master's student in Computer and Embedded Systems Engineering at TU Delft, looking for a room for single occupancy. I am looking to move in from July 30th onwards for a minimum duration of one year.
I am a calm, friendly, and easygoing individual. As a student in a rigorous engineering program, I prioritize a quiet, clean, and study-focused living environment — I spend most of my time either at university or studying quietly at home. Outside of academics, I enjoy a relaxed social life, occasionally spending time with friends, and have a strong passion for exploration, whether that's discovering new places nearby or traveling further afield.
I am a non-smoker, have no pets, and take excellent care of my living space. Financially, my rent is fully backed, and I can furnish my TU Delft enrollment proof for the upcoming academic year. I am currently located in the Netherlands and am highly flexible to attend an in-person viewing at your earliest convenience.
